Well-being—harmony of the human being
In the vision of a fulfilled and conscious life, well-being is not just the absence of suffering or illness but a profound experience of balance, harmony, and meaning. It arises when the human being is in balance on the four fundamental planes of existence: physical, emotional, mental, and subconscious. The body is healthy and energized, emotions are recognized, understood, and expressed in a constructive way, the mind is clear and present, and the subconscious—that hidden realm that deeply influences us—is brought into awareness, cleansed, and put to work for the good within.
At the root of this inner harmony lies our relationship with our subconscious. This is where memories, patterns, traumas, fears, limiting beliefs, and repressed desires reside—some inherited, others formed throughout our lives. These can act as obstacles or as sources of healing and strength, depending on our level of awareness. To achieve a genuine state of well-being, it is essential to bring light to these areas of our being through introspection, meditation, prayer, forgiveness, conscious writing, or therapy. Clearing the subconscious is not only a process of liberation but also of reconnecting with our divine and creative essence.
Once the subconscious is purified, it becomes a valuable ally—a clear reservoir of intuition, creative memory, and vital force. This allows us to live in more authentic relationships: with ourselves—through acceptance, kindness, and responsibility; with others—through empathy, listening, and collaboration; and with the Divine—through a living connection based on faith, guidance, and love. Whether we understand the Divine as universal energy, higher consciousness, or a loving presence, our relationship with this dimension brings a deep sense of meaning, protection, and belonging to a greater plan.
Well-being is also manifested in the way we joyfully and responsibly assume our human roles: in the family, in the community, in our profession, and in the world. It is the expression of an activated inner potential—when we think clearly, feel deeply, act meaningfully, and love with an open heart. It is a continuous journey towards integrity, towards becoming whole and free within ourselves.
Essentially, well-being is an art of integration—a dynamic harmony between body, soul, mind, subconscious, and spirit. It is the way to live in harmony with our authentic nature, with other people, and with the divine plan of existence. It is the intertwining of what we are, what we become, and what lives on beyond us.
