The Archangels of the Elements—Divine Builders of Life
The Archangels are Holy Spiritual Beings, self-aware expressions of the Divine Logos. They are the builders, coordinators, and sustainers of all creation. In Absolute Being, there are myriad Archangels grouped into Orders—such as Thrones, Authorities, Principalities, Seraphim and Cherubim—each with well-defined roles in the divine order of the universe.
Among them, the Archangels of the Elements play an essential role in maintaining the balance of material and energetic life. They are present in all spiritual traditions of the world under different forms and names, but their attributes remain universal.
Every human being, upon incarnation, is assisted by an Archangel from the Order of Thrones, who becomes their Guardian Archangel. In addition, four main Archangels work within the bodily structure of each human being:
- Michael—Archangel of Fire and Light. He brings vital energy and warmth to the body. His color is red in all shades.
- Gabriel—Archangel of Water. He governs the body’s fluids and the physical order of the universe. His color is sky blue.
- Raphael—Archangel of Healing and Vitality. He provides the etheric force that sustains life and regeneration processes. His light is violet.
- Uriel—Archangel of Substance and Harmony. He ensures the stability and balance of matter. His color is silver-white.
These Archangels work tirelessly within the human body to maintain health, organ function, and harmony between the material, energetic, and psychic structures. During sleep, they continue their work of repairing and balancing the body.
In addition to them, another well-known spirit is Shamael—the elemental projection of Lucifer. Although associated with the material world, he is not an Archangel. He works in the dense dimension, providing the raw matter necessary for the formation of the physical body.
Archangels are not limited to the physical body. They participate in the formation and maintenance of the psychic and mental bodies, as well as their etheric doubles. They are present in all worlds and work in perfect harmony with the Divine Plan.
Through meditation, prayer, and contemplation, we can learn to consciously collaborate with these Archangels. In this way, we benefit from their protection, strengthen our health, and develop our spiritual perception of life. Archangels are our partners in evolution, silent but powerful supporters of our return to the Divine Source.
