Cleansing the Subconscious

Cleansing the Subconscious—Deactivating Negative Elementals

Cleaning the subconscious is an inner journey of liberation, transformation, and rediscovery of the purity of being. Our subconscious is not just a passive repository of memories and emotions but a living, active space where thoughts, reactions, fears, traumas, and desires accumulate daily. Many of these, once repeated and emotionally fuelled, become autonomous energy formations—called negative elementals—that profoundly influence the way we think, feel, and act. Cleansing the subconscious essentially means deactivating these energies that keep us captive in old patterns, suffering, and imbalance.

The first step in cleansing is becoming aware of what is inside us. This means stopping the fast pace of life and turning our attention inward. As we create silence, we start to observe our true emotions. What emotions come up again and again in moments of stress? What tensions run through our body? Cleansing the subconscious is not done through theory, but through direct experience. We sit in silence and feel—where is the fear? Where is the anger? Where has the sadness hidden itself? Through this sincere attention, we begin to bring them to light. And where there is light, healing begins.

Each negative elemental is closely linked to a blocked emotion, a reaction that we have repeated until it became a habit. Cleansing involves bringing these patterns into consciousness and observing them gently, without judging them. Instead of suppressing or fighting them, we accept them as old guests who have been visiting us for too long. We ask them, “What do you want to show me?” Where do you come from? What part of me created you? In this inner dialogue, recognition arises, which brings freedom.

In order for a negative elemental to be deactivated, its energy must be replaced. This is where the sacred act of visualization comes in: we replace the blocked emotion with an image of light, an angelic form of purification and harmony. This form, which we call an angelic elemental, is not a mere fantasy but a conscious projection of a new energy frequency—one that cleanses, balances, and uplifts. As we practice this process day after day, a profound transformation takes place. The subconscious becomes clearer and less cluttered, and the subtle influences that were unconsciously guiding us lose their power.

Cleaning the subconscious is a living, continuous process that is done through daily introspection. The evening, before bedtime, is the best time to recap the day and see what states have influenced us, what thoughts have been repeated, and what reactions have thrown us off balance. With a sincere and loving attitude, we relive those moments, understand them, accept them, and transform them. We gradually remove the layers of dust that have accumulated over our inner Self.

As this process becomes a practice, we begin to feel the results more and more clearly: greater inner peace, emotional balance, clearer thinking, more harmonious relationships, and a deeper connection with the divine within us. Cleansing the subconscious by deactivating elementals is not just a therapeutic method but an authentic spiritual path. It brings us back to the present, to the light, to the truth. And with every thought released, with every emotion transformed, we return closer and closer to who we truly are.
